General: To ensure that the support mechanisms that were kienttlied for startups, MSMEs, and industries through knowledge transfer activities are effectively implemented
Specific:
1. to deploy highly technical subject matter specialists to the DOST provincial centers for program implementation.
2. to strengthen the pool of experts and subject matter specialists to address the evolving needs of the MSMEs.
3. to increase the number of MSMEs that adopt and implement S&T solutions.
