To determine the prevalence of the bacteri Campylobacter jejuni in the raw milk of carabaos raised in backyard farms in the Province of Nueva Ecija by using culture-based method and PCR. It also aims to detect the presence of AMR from the bacterial isolates using PCR and antibiotic sensitivity training.
