General: To provide support Mechanisms for startups, MSMEs, and industries through knowledge transfer activities.
Specific:
1. to deploy OneExpert-accredited consultants and SMS to assess and recommend S&T solutions to address the development needs of the MSMEs.
2. to strengthen the regional science, technology, and innovation (STI) capacities by engaging local experts and highly Skilled professionals as consultants, trainers, evaluators, SMS, and project leaders, among others.
